I have always received a quick response to phone calls I have made, they answer the phone promptly and where needed always return phone calls as agreed.
If for any reason they can’t fill my request I’m given sufficient time to put my request out to other agencies.

DIVINECALL accommodate my wishes by sending staff that I request or sending staff who have previously worked at Balmoral. I have always found any concerns I have had, have been dealt with promptly and I feel comfortable voicing any concerns I may have with DIVINECALL staff. The staff that work for me have been very considerate to the elderly people in the home, by always being polite and caring. The staff that come to Balmoral from DIVINECALL are well trained and appear happy with their employment with DIVINECALL Care."
